With skilled and reliable fighters, Engine Room are in the phone book of all promoters across Merseyside and beyond. Often supporting their fighters to represent them abroad, Engine Room is a great gym if you are looking to spread your wings and really push your fight career.

With some fantastic trainers an coaches offering PTs and 1:1 pad sessions, this is also a great place if you don't want to fight but want to be the best version of yourself and improve your fitness.
